Cooked Beef with Garlic, Pepper, Salt and Taco Seasonings

One Whole Pound of Cheese Shredded

The Beginning of the Roux (Flour and Butter)

 The Completed Roux with milk added

 Cooked Pasta (getting closer)

 Pasta and Cheese Sauce getting married together!

 Added the Beef Mixture!!

Finished Product..

Just need to wait till Wednesday and let the Mac and Cheese get happier and then its Nacho Time!!
